Is my info safe?Yes. Multifocal Network is a company registered in the ICO and complying with the GDPR. For more info, check our Privacy Policy.

Will you sell my data?No, never. Your only sensible data inside Multifocal Network is you email and Linkedin profile link. These data will be seen only by companies subscribed to our Database, so they are interested in hiring profiles like you. Your email will never be sent to third companies with marketing purposes.

Can I subscribe to any Talent Database monthly or yearly?Yes. You can subscribe to any of our Talent Databases annually at a discounted price, or you can opt for a monthly subscription.

Can I subscribe to more than one Talent Database?Yes, but not with the same profile. Unluckily, a Company profile inside Multifocal Network can only be subscribed to one Talent Database at a time. If you want a subscription in different Talent Databases you need to create a different profile with a different email. We are working to make things easier, but right now, this is the only possible approach.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will lose access to the Talent Databases at the end of your billing period.

How does the 10% hiring fee works?If you are going to use Multifocal Network and still want help accelerating your recruitment process, you agree to pay a monthly/yearly subscription + 10% of the Talent's first-year salary every time you hire someone through Multifocal Network. A contract will be signed for this. I can help by filtering and preparing a list of candidates that best match your criteria, assisting with your job description or cold outreach. However, I will not be vetting candidates for you, scheduling interviews, or interviewing candidates, as I am not a recruiter. You can use Multifocal Network on your own, and no hiring fee will be applied. The Hiring Fee Terms explains this with more details.
